Nobuo's Grandmother was a kind and gentle woman who had lived a long and fulfilling life. She had always been passionate about storytelling and had a vast knowledge of Japanese folklore and mythology. As a young woman, she had traveled throughout Japan, collecting stories and experiences that she would later share with her grandson, Nobuo.
